THE dilapidated parking area in George Road, St Francis Bay, received a new lease on life \u2013 all with the help of two generous property owners.<\/p>\n
The St Francis Property Owners (SFPO) recently upgraded the well-visited parking area after receiving R100 000 from the Hulley-Millers and Knotts respectively.<\/p>\n
The parking area, which has been damaged by severe storms, is now a great example of the local community working hand-in-hand with the SFPO.<\/p>\n
The area also boasts several closed-circuit television cameras, providing added security for all users of this facility.<\/p>\n
The project has furthermore resulted in the slurrying of George and Liege Roads \u2013 to the benefit of all property owners along these two roads.<\/p>\n
In addition, the Kouga Municipality is resurfacing large areas of roads in St Francis Bay as part of their road improvement roll-out for 2020.<\/p>\n
