Photo:supplied<\/div>\n<div class=\"img_accreditation\"><span class=\"source\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><span class=\"photographer\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe need residents\u2019 assistance to help pick the perfect friend for this cute blue drop,\u201d said Kouga Executive Mayor, Horatio Hendricks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhether it is a superhero, a pet or a water-saving friend \u2013 all suggestions are welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The winning friend will be announced on the Kouga Municipality\u2019s Facebook page, with the person who suggested the name receiving a special gift from the municipality and a R750 Fountains Mall shopping voucher.<\/p>\n<p>The new friend will accompany Splash on water awareness campaigns to schools, businesses, and events.<\/p>\n<p>To enter the \u201cFind Splash a Friend\u201d competition, send an SMS or WhatsApp with your suggestion to 067 108 2968. Pictures are also welcome. <\/p>\n<p>The deadline for entries is at 12:00 on Friday, May 28. <\/p>\n<p>No late messages will be considered, and the decision of the judges is final. <\/p>\n<p>Remember
