6 tbsp Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto<\/p>\n
100g goat\u2019s milk cheese<\/p>\n
1 ready-made puff pastry – thawed<\/p>\n
25g grated Parmesan<\/p>\n
1 egg – beaten<\/p>\n
Black sesame seeds – optional<\/p>\n
\n Method:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C and line a roasting sheet with baking paper.<\/p>\n Place the Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto and goat\u2019s cheese in a small bowl and mix well.<\/p>\n On a lightly floured surface roll out the puff pastry until it is a large rectangle. Spread the pesto and goat\u2019s cheese mixture evenly on top of the pastry, then fold the rectangle in half.<\/p>\n Cut out a simple Christmas tree shape and transfer the pastry to the prepared roasting sheet. Cut out the branches of the tree and brush the pastry with beaten egg.<\/p>\n Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan, pressing them gently into the pastry.
