The
\n2023 Park Off Music Festival has re-established itself as the fan-favourite J-Bay
\nSurf Festival event, with festival headliners GoodLuck, Desmond and the Tutus,
\nMuzi, Steven Sawyer and Jeremy Loops, drawing in massive crowds of music-lovers
\nfrom across the country.<\/p>\n

The
\nPark Off Music Festival took place from July 13 to July 16 at the Supertubes
\nPark in Jeffreys Bay.<\/p>\n

Musician
\nand multi-hyphenate Muzi, a first-time visitor to the small surf town of
\nJeffrey\u2019s Bay, made his Park Off Music Festival debut at this year\u2019s event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His
\nlively performance was met with an enthusiastic response by the high-energy
\ncrowds, who were eager to participate in each of the four nights of festivities
\nfollowing this year\u2019s Corona Open J-Bay.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jeremy
\nLoops, an avid surfer himself, holds a special connection to Jeffrey’s Bay. The
\nhit-maker is no stranger to the J-Bay Surf Festival, having performed at the
\n2019 event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Park
\nOff organiser Graham Kennedy said, “It’s the perfect fusion of two of my favourite
\nworlds, world-class surfing and incredible local music. It doesn’t get any
\nbetter than this.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Loops
\nwas joined on stage by band members and long-time collaborators Mr Sakitumi,
\nMotheo Moleko, Devin Jones and Jamie Faull.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Following
\nhis performance, which was the most well-attended concert on the roster, the
\nmusician fondly described the experience as \u201ca starlit spectacle\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Festival
\nreturnees GoodLuck, and Desmod and the Tutus delivered memorable performances,
\nwith lead singers Julia Harding, and Shane Durrant taking the opportunity to
\ncrowd-surf during their respective shows.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThis
\nyear trumped last year. We had great numbers and three sold-out shows. We can
\nonly elevate from this point onwards. Expect some more interesting acts next
\nyear,\u201d said Kennedy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cTeamwork
\ntruly does make the dream work.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kennedy further said the success of the festival would not have been possible without the tech,
\nsound and lighting prowess of Graeme Baker and his team from LEDVision.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In
\naddition to the resounding success of the concerts, Park Off Music Festival
\nalso pulled off a successful and well-attended after-party schedule at The
\nJolly Dolphin, with a line-up packed with local DJ acts including Vega, Celso
\nFabbri, R&R, Jay Kay, Sion, Lovers, Los Jetsons, Rimix, Jake White Disco,
\nRonald Rowley, Dean Fuel, Detroit, Ronald Rowley, Faff & Foos, and L.H.O.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Concluding
\nthe festival with a bang, was a post-finals day, three-hour-long DJ set
\ncourtesy of Dean Fuel.\u00a0<\/p>\n
