All the occupants in the vehicle died on impact. The man and woman in the Rav4 who are tourists from Dubai sustained minor injuries,\u201d said Naidu.<\/p>\n<p>She said that the victims who were all from Kwazakele included one man who was driving the vehicle, three women and two young boys.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased have been identified as follows, the driver, Sandile Patrick Sister (38), Noyakhe Regina Heleni (71), Thembela Heleni (51), Zikhona Heleni (27), Kungane Heleni (3) and Azingce Heleni (1).<\/p>\n<p>Naidu said that the police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.<\/p>\n<h6>ISSUED BY
