The injured driver of the Mini Cooper and passenger of the Hyundai sustained severe injuries and was taken to Kareedouw Hospital for medical attention,\u201d said Binqose.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the main cause of the crash is still unknown at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>Binqose said that a case of culpable homicide has been opened at Stormsriver Saps for further investigations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div still waiting for the fatality rates for accidents that took place on the Eastern Cape roads which they expect to receive from national government soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can confirm that we are
