In Jeffreys Bay, where the Joshua Project dedicates their time to aid vulnerable children, two young models from Ace Models JBay have stepped up to make a difference. <\/p>\n
Meet Liliana Mulder (9) and Luzelle Oelofse (15), both new additions to the Class of 2024 at the modelling agency.<\/p>\n
On one side of the story, for over two decades the Joshua Project has provided a haven for under-privileged children with support through the MEND process, Mentoring, Educating, Nurturing, and Discipling, all while they rely on the generosity of donators and benefactors. <\/p>\n
Without the generosity of supporters like Mulder and Oelofse, their work would not be possible. <\/p>\n
On the other side, at Ace Models JBay, empowering young people is also at the core of their mission. Through public speaking, life skills development, and building self-confidence, they instil a sense of social responsibility into all their students. <\/p>\n
This inspired Mulder and Oelofse to embark on a fundraising journey for the Joshua Project. <\/p>\n
Partnering with fellow Ace Models and students from JBay Academy, the girls organised a creative fundraiser. Children coloured pictures, which parents purchased, resulting in a donation of R1 400 to the Joshua Project.<\/p>\n
Charn\u00e9 Scorgie, the franchise owner of Ace Models JBay, expressed her admiration for the girls\u2019 initiative. <\/p>\n
