The girls were welcoming and friendly, and I knew it was going to be a safe space \u2013 a place without judgment or envy, just a group of girls trying to improve themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The journey wasn\u2019t always easy, and she realised the importance of stepping out of her comfort zone. <\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\" data-embed24=\"Blockquote\" data-pos=\"middle\" id=\"embed_ad382a0d\">\n<div class=\"text\">A lot of people think modelling is easy, just look pretty and know your angles, but you need to be strong-minded, ambitious, and patient. Rejection is part of the process, and you often hear that you\u2019re not good enough in various ways. You need to know your self-worth.<\/div>\n<div class=\"citation\">Spangenberg<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Spangenberg\u2019s hard work and perseverance paid off when she was scouted and signed by Boss Models, a South African international agency.<\/p>\n<p>The director of Ace Models Jeffreys Bay, Charn\u00e9 Scorgie, played an important role in Alicia\u2019s development and now success. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCharn\u00e9\u2019s mindset is something everyone admires,\u201d Spangenberg noted. \u201cShe taught us to be confident, give our all, and be the best models we can be. She put a lot of effort into me, and I am where I am because of her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite her newfound success, she remains grounded and grateful, recognising the support and love from those around her. Spangenberg\u2019s journey is also deeply rooted in her faith. She believes that God\u2019s plan for her is greater than anything she could have envisioned for herself. <\/p>\n<p>Her story is one of growth and gratitude, and she hopes to inspire others to pursue
