Vossie de Vos is bykans aan almal bekend as die koster van die NG Moederkerk op Cradock. Maar, wat nie almal weet nie, is dat hy ook \u2019n bobaasbakker is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hy en sy vrou, Rika, bak groot vir een van die dorp se tuisnywerhede. Maar nou het Vossie laat val dat hy al van hul dae op Knysna, toe Rika in \u2019n apteek gewerk het, met die bakkery begin het. Hy s\u00ea hulle twee maak \u2019n goeie span in die kombuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die sjokolade-kaaskoek is sy gunsteling, maar hy bak ook fantastiese aarbei- en pynappel-kaaskoeke. Hy het belowe om ook di\u00e9 resepte eendag met ons te deel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy werk as koster is goed vir die gees en die bakkery is pure genot,\u201d het hy ges\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 250g donkersjokolade, gekap<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 houertjie (250g) roomkaas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 500 ml (2 koppies) room, geklop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 blikkie (425g) swart kersies, gedreineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Kakao om bo-oor te sif<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Smeer en voer die boom van \u2019n 25cm springveer-koekpan. Meng die beskuitjiekrummels en gesmelte botter en druk die mengsel ferm op die boom van die bereide koekpan vas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Plaas in die yskas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        ) <\/span>Vulsel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Giet die kondensmelk in \u2019n kastrol en verhit oor lae hitte totdat dit kookpunt bereik. Roer aanhoudend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Roer nog ononderbroke vir nog 5 minute, haal dit dan van die stoofplaat af, voeg die sjokolade by en roer tot dit gesmelt het.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Klits die roomkaas in en laat heeltemal afkoel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Wanneer dit goed afgekoel het, kan jy die room daarby invou. Skep die mengsel op die koue beskuitjiekors en plaas in die yskas vir een uur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sny die kersies in die helfte deur en rangskik bo-op die gestolde koek. Plaas in yskas totdat jy dit wil voorsit saam met geklopte room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
