Foto:SANET COETZER<\/div>\n<div class=\"img_accreditation\"><span class=\"source\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><span class=\"photographer\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>DIE Hofmeyr-gemeenskap is druk besig om die 2019 Bamboesnaweek met alle sportuitdagings te beplan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die buitelug-geselligheid word aangebied op 31 Augustus en gaste word genooi om saam te kuier tot 1 September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanjaar word bergfietsritte, veldroetestap of -draf, \u2019n XCo-kinderfietsryroete, springkasteel en waterwurm vir die dag beplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aanlyninskrywings is reeds oop. \u2019n Gelukkige prys is op die spel vir inskrywings wat voor 28 Augustus op die webwerf gedoen word. Di\u00e9 prys is \u2019n BLS Velodrome sak ter waarde van R2 500. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bergfietsroetes van 70km en 35km, met \u2019n gemiddelde moeilikheidsgraad word Saterdag aangebied. Sondagoggend kan fietsryers \u2019n 20km roete aanpak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die afstande vir die veldstap- of draf op Saterdag is 21km of 12km met 12km of 5km pretdraf op Sondag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daar sal waterpunte wees en \u2019n mediese span sal op bystand wees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stalletjie-eienaars uit die gemeenskap beloof om hul produkte tydens di\u00e9 dag onder die bome uit te stal. Eetgoed, soetgoed, koeldranke, padstalprodukte en vele ander items sal te koop aangebied word. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2019n Waterwurm, springkasteel, slym vir kleingoed, klei- en inkleurstalletjie gaan opgestel word om die kleinspan besig te hou op die grasperke om die gastehuis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2019n Potjiekoskompetisie word Saterdag, 31 Augustus vanaf 15:00 aangebied en spanne bestaande uit vier lede word genooi om deel te neem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hofmeyr Hugs of Hope word vanjaar uitgesonder as die begunstigde nie-winsgewende organisasie wat \u2019n bydrae vanaf die Bamboes Bergfietsklub sal
