Van Heerden received her results on July 11, but had already been in self-isolation while awaiting results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a media statement release, the speaker did not participate in the special council meeting that took place on Friday July 10, as she had not been feeling well. Councillor Mhlangabezi Mangcotywa acted in the position of speaker on behalf of Van Heerden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
