Prepare the Fries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deep fry the fries in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil, drain, and season lightly with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Make the Burger Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, sweet chilli sauce, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Cook the Bacon &amp; Eggs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fry the bacon until crispy and golden.<br>In the same pan, fry the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolk remains soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Prepare the Smash Patties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the beef into 4 equal balls. Heat a flat pan or griddle until very hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the beef balls onto the pan and press down firmly with a spatula to form thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for 2\u20133 minutes until crispy around the edges, then flip. Add cheddar cheese and allow it to melt over the patties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Toast the Buns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lightly toast the burger buns until golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Assemble the Burger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread burger sauce onto the buns. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheesy smash patty, crispy bacon, and top with a fried egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve immediately with hot crispy fries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips from Chef
