Frieda Lloyd, Cape Whale Coast Manager, explains the innovative banner signals Hermanus is collectively open for business. \u201cIt also symbolises the town\u2019s commitment to offering visitors the best of the Whale Coast in a safe, hygienic environment,\u201d she explained<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lloyd says Hermanus boasts world-class tourism experiences for domestic travellers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Southern Right Whales have arrived right on cue and the cliff paths offer the perfect view of this remarkable annual migration. \u201cRestaurants, art galleries, adventure activities and nature reserves are ready for rediscovery,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd so is the irresistibly beautiful countryside surrounding the town.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lloyd adds that the hospitality establishments, business owners and their staff have used the Covid 19 lockdown period to implement hygiene and safety protocols that enable visitors to enjoy the diversity and natural beauty of the region safely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
