Papier paid homage to Ntwana in a statement posted on Facebook, describing him as an integral member of the TWK Human Settlements Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colonel Andr\u00e9 Traut, provincial police spokesperson, confirmed that to date no suspects had been arrested in connection with the double murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
