.<\/span> Qualifying criteria for males: 18 to 25 years old with Grade 9 (Standard 7), unemployed, limited education or training, have no criminal record and reside in the Western Cape. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe programme offers a three-month life-skills programme providing young people with the necessary tools to become self-confident, resilient role-models and leaders within their communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme has four phases. In each the students are exposed to physical activities, a range of learning areas and voluntary work to achieve their development into positive role models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the programme, the students have access to individual counselling and life coaching based on individual assessments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Parent workshops and family sessions are offered to promote positive parenting and caring families in the communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
