Die sterk wind het dit vir brandbestryders moeilik gemaak om die vlamme in bedwang te bring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyf brandweerwaens van die Overberg-distrik is ook ingespan om die vlamme te help blus, en verder het brandbestryders van die Stad Kaapstad ook hulp kom verleen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een bus van Gaffleys, \u2019n private voertuig, drie huise en 66 informele strukture is in die brand vernietig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inwoners, wat alles in die brand verloor het, het weerloos op die sypaadjie met \u2019n paar van hul besittings gesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die oorsaak van die brand is teen druktyd nog nie bevestig nie en word ondersoek.
