Some residents of the Overberg were treated to this a number of times last week, as four Hawks fighter jets flew in formation from the Air Force base in Bredasdorp to Cape Town on at least three occasions to rehearse for, and fly over during, the State of the Nation Address (SONA) that took place on Thursday 9 February. The four aircraft were part of a display by the South African National Defence Force ahead of President Cyril Ramaphosa\u2019s speech.
