Clarence Drive (R44), between the Grill Shack and Steenbras Dam Mountain Pass, was closed for emergency slope stabilisation repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHeavy rains on 11 and 12 December last year caused the slopes above this section to be unstable,\u201d Bakker said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
