Nou spog di\u00e9 fiksheids-fanatikus ook met sy eie drie uur lange radioprogram, getiteld <i>Health Talk, <\/i>elke Saterdag op die AfriKaap-radiostasie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sy suksesverhaal, vertel Marc, word deur sy passie om mense oor die belang van fiksheid en gesonde leefstyl-gewoontes op te voed, gedryf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy motto is \u2018Educate, rehabilitate and empower\u2019, dus fiksheid en gesondheid, en om hierdeur die lewe van mense in minderbevoorregte gemeenskappe te verbeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2019n Gesonde leefstyl word dikwels hier op die <i>back burner <\/i>geplaas as gevolg van sosiaal-ekonomiese uitdagings, maar dit was nog altyd my passie,\u201d verduidelik hy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In sy artikels en video\u2019s spreek Marc belangrike gesondheidskwessies soos diabetes, ho\u00eb bloeddruk en artritis aan en demonstreer oefeninge wat mense kan help om hul mobiliteit te verbeter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hy fokus veral op die voordele wat gesonde eetgewoontes en gereelde oefening inhou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marc vertel hy wil graag die jeug inspireer om nooit hul drome te laat vaar nie en nooit hul passie vir enigiets waarin hulle met oorgawe glo, te verloor nie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJy kan jou passie in \u2019n suksesverhaal omskep en \u2019n geleentheid om \u2019n verandering te maak \u2013 nie net in jou eie lewe nie, maar ook in ander se lewe.\u201d
