Overstrand Municipality recently launched the Collab Citizen App aimed at assisting customers \u2013 individuals as well as businesses \u2013 to log and track service requests and keep track of important municipal notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The municipality stated that this app will assist with resolving issues raised by businesses in a timely and cost-effective way and will provide information that can lead to improvements in service delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Overstrand Collab Citizen App gives access to users to:.<\/span> Log service requests;.<\/span> Log and track service requests;.<\/span> Read all the latest news in the area;.<\/span> Read service disruption notifications;.<\/span> Find emergency contact numbers;.<\/span> Choose which channels to subscribe to depending on interests and location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Overstrand Municipality has provided some answers to questions users might have about the app. QUESTION 1<\/b>:<\/b> Is my information secure?<\/p>\n\n\n\n All information captured on the Citizen app is transferred and accessible only by the authorised Overstrand municipal officials.QUESTION 2:<\/b> Can I follow up on a service request I logged?<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can use the \u201cComments\u201d field on your service request to send the municipality a message.
