These were the words of Jenna Knowles and Gabriella Marriott occupational therapy students who are currently working at Lukhanyo Primary School in Zwelihle. \u201cWe held a Grade R Fun Day as part of our community interaction clinical rotation. Gabriella and I are part of a group of occupational-therapy students who are running projects at Lukhanyo Primary School throughout this year. One of these projects is the Funday project, which aims to provides learners with an opportunity to be introduced to sport,\u201d said Knowles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Altogether 170 Grade R pupils enjoyed a variety of games from sack-racing, soccer dribbling and rock-and spoon racing.
