\u201cVigilant law enforcement officers spotted a suspicious-looking vehicle on the R43 near De Kelders following an intel-driven operation conducted by a multi-disciplinary team from Overstrand Municipality\u2019s Task Team and Leap officers as well as the Monitoring and Surveillance Unit of DFFE,\u201d Deputy Mayor and Mayco Member for Protection Services of Overstrand Municipality Lindile Ntsabo said. He said the incident occurred on Friday night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe vehicle was stopped, and 4 204 abalone was discovered. The yellow Ford Bantam bakkie and abalone were handed in to the police.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
