The Cape Winemakers\u2019 Guild (CWG) has two new members, namely Emul Ross from Hamilton Russell Vineyards in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley and John Seccombe from Thorne and Daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Samantha O\u2019Keefe of Lismore will take over as Cape Winemakers\u2019 Guild chair from Gordon Newton Johnson, while JD Pretorius of Warwick steps into the role of Vice Chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the last 12 months the guild has lost Boela Gerber, who left Groot Constantia to take up a position in Virginia, USA, while Carel Nel of Boplaas changed status from member to non-producing member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Ross it is a real honour to have been nominated by his peers and mentors to join the Cape Winemakers\u2019 Guild. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
