After that it was the Longtable in Vineyards, then the Longtable in Stanford and now she\u2019s doing it again with another Longtable on the Pier with a Viking theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Overberg has a special place in Ren\u00e9 Hartslief\u2019s heart and she enjoys organising events so it can put this beautiful area on the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her hard work to promote the Overberg paid off and she was recently nominated as a Woman in Media held last weekend. \u201cI am thrilled to announce that I was awarded Woman in Media finalist. Unfortunately I didn\u2019t receive the statue for first prize, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Thank you to everyone for your support and believing in me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This month\u2019s Longtable event, which takes place on 27 April, promises to be unforgettable. The event is going to start at 17:00 at the New Harbour, and the ticket price includes a free bottle of wine per couple, a medieval feast by Dr\u00e9 Johnson Incorporated, a performance by That 70\u2019s Band, comprising Lucy Tops, Richard Brokensha, Steven Dennett, Kyle Petersen, Beshara Ornellis and Ray Adam Morgan, as well as prizes for best-dressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
