Wim de Villiers, het di\u00e9 fonds in die lewe geroep tydens sy inhuldiging in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hy het ook&nbsp;\u2018n bedrag van R500 000 aan die fonds geskenk om dit \u2018n finansi\u00eble
