As een van die mees arbeidsintensiewe subsektore in die landbou met arbeidskoste wat 41% van totale plaasinsetkoste beloop, meen Vinpro, sal hierdie verhogings in hierdie stadium \u2019n ernstige uitwerking op indiensneming in die sektor h\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nieteenstaande sy verto\u00eb het die regering aangekondig dat die nasionale minimumloon op 1 Maart van R21,69 tot R23,19 per uur styg, \u2019n 6,9%-verhoging. Hoewel die regering nie \u2019n algehele vrystelling vir die wynbedryf toegestaan het nie, maak Artikel 15 van die Wet op Nasionale Minimumloon voorsiening vir \u2019n vrystellingsproses vir werkgewers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
