In search of good vibes and fun in the sun for the whole family this Easter weekend (Saturday 16 to Monday 18 April)? Make your way to The Manor at the Nederburg farm in Paarl, where there\u2019ll be activities for young and old. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
From picnics, a visit by the Easter bunny, egg hunts and lawn games for adults and children, to a jumping castle, jungle gym, live music, fine wines and delicious food, the historic estate offers plenty of entertainment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The egg hunts are scheduled for the Saturday, Sunday and Monday at 10:00 for children at R30, which includes an Easter treat and one winner receiving a chocolate hamper, and at 11:00 for adults at R50, including a glass of bubbly. Participating adults also stand the chance to win a variety of Nederburg wines, picnic and a tasting vouchers, while the young ones stand a chance to win an array of tasty treats. Nederburg\u2019s Easter bunny will be there to surprise and delight the little ones and pose with them for pictures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A wide range of Nederburg\u2019s delicious wines will be available, to possibly enjoy with the scrumptious fare on the blackboard special menu. Dishes on The Manor\u2019s \u00e0 la carte<\/i> menu will also be available to order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you plan on chilling on the lawn, you can opt for a picnic at R540 for two adults. It features all your picnic needs such as crockery, cutlery, glasses, napkins, a blanket and pillows, as well as tasting cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit, fresh breads and crackers, lamb frikadelle, roasted vegetable skewers, sticky chicken wings, salads and a sweet bite. It also includes a bottle of Nederburg\u2019s Premi\u00e8re Cuv\u00e9e Brut or a bottle of any wine from its The Winemasters collection. Soft drinks, waters, beers, ciders and hot beverages are available to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kids\u2019 picnic baskets are also on offer at R120 per head for a mini beef burger, dried fruit and raisins, fresh seasonal fruit, a small juice box and a mini dessert. All picnics must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance on 021 877 5155 or info@nederburg.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
