Widely regarded as the pioneers of Cap Classique, having produced the first bottle of bubbly in 1971, visitors are guaranteed a day of celebration as Simonsig pulls out all the stops. Joining the line-up are more than 20 South African producers, such as Kleine Zalze, Graham Beck, Villeria Wines and Haute Cabri\u00e8re, among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only will you be ablt to mingle with the who\u2019s who of the Cape, but you\u2019ll sip on some of the finest Cap Classiques and enjoy delicious food by culinary genius Kos Kouture, with live music bringing all the components together. The theme this year is white with a pop of pink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
