Die spreker is dr. Cornelia de Kock. Haar onderwerp is: \u201cMusiekstad, Stellenbosch\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cStellenbosch het \u2019n ryk musiekgeskiedenis. Die dorp is oor die jare heen bekend vir sy uitsonderlike kore en musici. Oor die jare heen is baie liedjies \u2013 asook liedere \u2013 geskryf, wat in besonder op Stellenbosch met sy studente en natuurskoon betrekking het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOud-studente het in Europa gaan studeer en teruggekom met beroemde volksliedjies wat hulle in Afrikaans vertaal het. Die gesprek sal veral op hierdie liedereskat en vergete erfenis fokus.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
