She emphasised that maintaining consistency was crucial in the music industry. \u201cPerseverance is, perhaps, the most important quality to possess in the music industry. Talent is great, but without a consistent effort one risks fading from one\u2019s audience\u2019s radar. It\u2019s a relationship one needs to cultivate daily.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Addressing the stereotype of Capetonians\u2019 laid-back lifestyle, Harding is of the opinion it is a misinterpretation. \u201cWe put significant energy into understanding the \u2018why\u2019 behind what we do. Just because we\u2019re not rushing to get things done doesn\u2019t mean we aren\u2019t serious. In reality, we ensure our endeavors are well-thought-out. One can witness this in the numerous iconic brands that have sprung from this corner of the country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asked about the source of the group\u2019s inspiration, Harding mentioned it is the day-to-day human experiences and struggles. \u201cWe\u2019re all constantly striving to better ourselves. To live better. Love better. Maybe not eat better. There\u2019s so much beauty in the little moments of everyone\u2019s lives, from which one can draw inspiration. I remember seeing a stressed mother running late while taking her child to school. Someone let her go ahead in traffic, and the look on her face was absolutely transformative! These moments are special, and they\u2019re happening all around us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The band\u2019s favourite song to perform at present is their latest single, \u201cFeel Alive.\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s truly heartening to see our fans singing the lyrics back to us!\u201d Harding expressed with delight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Discussing the band\u2019s accolades, Harding said: \u201cWhile these awards serve as markers for our achievements, we don\u2019t place a great deal of emphasis on them. Our primary focus is finding ways to share our music globally.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GoodLuck is currently engrossed in recording their new album, dedicating as much time as possible to the studio. \u201cIt can be a bit challenging with the touring schedule. Between our South African and international shows it\u2019s tough to allocate enough time, but we are doing our best.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excitingly, the band has a major European tour planned in November. \u201cNearly all the venues are already sold out, which is thrilling for us! We\u2019re also heading to Vietnam later this year, so there\u2019s plenty of travel on the horizon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The band also announced their partnership with Versofy Solar as brand ambassadors. \u201cTheir solar rental arrangement has been a total game changer for us in this power crisis, enabling us to continue creating music!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
