Hierdie eerste toelatingsvenster maak vanjaar slegs voorsiening vir aansoeke vir gr. 1 en gr. 8. Ouers wat wil aansoek doen vir graad R of \u2019n oorplasing tussen skole in gr. 2 tot gr. 7 en gr. 9 tot gr. 12 sal in die tweede toelatingsvenster tussen 1 en 16 Augustus kan aansoek doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die Wes-Kaapse departement van onderwys (WKOD) doen \u2019n beroep op alle ouers en voogde met kinders wat volgende jaar na gr. 1 en gr. 8 gaan, om asseblief die nodige dokumente vir hul aansoeke bymekaar te kry en te laat sertifiseer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die volgende gesertifiseerde dokumente sal vir alle aansoeke vereis word:.<\/span> Die laaste amptelike skoolrapport; . <\/span>Bewys van identiteit: ID, geboortesertifikaat of paspoort van die leerder, en in die geval van \u2019n buitelandse leerder: paspoort of \u2019n studiepermit of bewys van aansoek om \u2019n studiepermit, of \u2019n afskrif van die ouer se asielsoeker- of vlugtelingpermit, of \u2019n polisie-eedsverklaring indien hierdie dokumente nie beskikbaar is nie;.<\/span> Inentingsertifikaat (Road to Health Chart) in die geval van \u2019n laerskoolaansoek; en.<\/span> Bewys van adres (munisipale rekening, huurooreenkoms of \u2019n be\u00ebdigde verklaring wat verblyf bevestig).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Om die nodige gesertifiseerde dokumente vooraf bymekaar te kry, sal die aanlyn aansoekproses vergemaklik. Vir aansoekers wat al die nodige dokumente het, neem dit volgens die WKOD slegs 15 minute om die aansoek te voltooi en die dokumente aanlyn te laai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Afskrifte van die nodige dokumente kan by enige polisiekantoor of poskantoor gesertifiseer word.
