Die afgelope maand was albei in ander vriendskaplike wedstryde betrokke ter voorbereiding vir die ligawedstryde wat in April afskop. Afrigters is tans besig om hul kombinasies in die onderskeie vriendskaplike wedstryde te toets, te kyk waar spelers se fiksheidsvlakke is en om diepte in posisies te bepaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tot dusver het VDE in sy twee wedstryde teen Hands & Heart van Kraaifontein met 28-12 en die afgelope Saterdag teen Riverstones in die Paarl met 60-10 afgereken. Villagers het met 34-21 teen Raithby Universals en 29-27 teen Paarl Rangers oorheers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Franschhoek en Kylemore is die ander buurspanne wat saam met VDE in Super\u00adliga B speel. Franschhoek het nog vriend\u00adskaplike wedstryde teen Kraaifontein en Young Peoples oor en het Saterdag met 39-36 naelskraaps teen St. Georges verloor. Hul eerste ligawedstryd is teen Hands & Heart. Kylemore speel Saterdag 30 Maart teen Young Gardens van Paarl en hul eerste ligawedstryd is Saterdag 13 April teen Hamlets.
