Enige vrae oor die toestand of instandhouding van die gebou of erf kan direk aan die eienaar, naamlik die Departement van Openbare Werke, gerig word. Die munisipaliteit kan volgens wet slegs sy eie eiendom en openbare ruimtes onderhou, soos die pad, sypaadjies en omliggende oop gebiede.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022\u2009Eikestadnuus het na die
