Students from Huis Marais, a Stellenbosch University residence, recently hosted a charity event and donated the proceeds to Community Keepers, an organisation working in Stellenbosch, Paarl and the Helderberg to provide much-needed mental-health services to communities. Community Keepers received R10 000, enough to provide 40 much-needed counselling sessions.
