Stellenbosch police are investigating\u00a0a case of murder and attempted murder after another shooting in Kayamandi this past weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police received a complaint about a shooting on Sunday, 29 June at 02:00 at Sokuqala Street, Kayamandi. According to police, on arrival they discovered\u00a0an\u00a0unknown female lying on her back with a <\/strong>gunshot\u00a0wound on the left side of her neck. She showed no signs of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Officers\u00a0also found two unknown males with gunshot wounds\u00a0on the ground\u00a0inside the house. The female victim was declared dead at the scene, and the two males\u00a0were\u00a0taken to Stellenbosch Hospital for medical treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Captain Nathalie Martin, local police spokesperson, says the motive for\u00a0the\u00a0shooting is unknown at this stage and no arrests have been made yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyone with information\u00a0is\u00a0requested to contact Stellenbosch Police at 021 809 5012\/15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Stellenbosch police are investigating\u00a0a case of murder and attempted murder after another shooting in Kayamandi this past weekend.
