The fact that Jayden attended the same school as my children before his transfer to the creche where he lost his life weighs heavily on my mind.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is crucial for me to understand what measures will be implemented from now on. This is the second child fatality to occur at this facility, under similar circumstances, if anything highlighting an urgent need for inquiries into the school&#8217;s safety protocols and so on.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been two months since this tragedy, yet no communication has been issued by the school owner on what transpired.
