According to Kevin Jacobs, spokesperson for the City of Cape Town\u2019s Traffic Service, officers responded to the incident following an emergency call at 01:13 and arrived on the scene at 01:26. \u201cOne motor vehicle was involved, and the location was on the N2, underneath the Kramat Bridge.\u201d According to provincial police spokesperson Warrant Officer Joseph Swartbooi first responders found the motor vehicle, a brown Toyota Cruiser static in the road and two male occupants, who were possibly flung out of the vehicle, lying in the road. The victims were declared deceased on the scene by the medical personnel. Macassar police spokesperson Warrant Officer Desire Adendolf confirmed circumstances surrounding the incident remain unknown at this stage of the culpable-homicide investigation, and both deceased are Zimbabwean nationals from Grassy Park. According to Kevin Jacobs, spokesperson for the City of Cape Town\u2019s Traffic Service, officers responded to the incident following an emergency call at 01:13 and arrived on the scene at 01:26. \u201cOne motor vehicle was involved, and the location was on the N2, underneath the Kramat Bridge.\u201d According to provincial police spokesperson Warrant Officer Joseph Swartbooi first responders found the motor vehicle, a brown Toyota Cruiser static in the road and two male occupants, who were possibly flung out of the vehicle, lying in the road. The victims were declared deceased on the scene by the medical personnel. Macassar police spokesperson Warrant Officer Desire Adendolf confirmed circumstances surrounding the incident remain unknown at this stage of the culpable-homicide investigation, and both deceased are Zimbabwean nationals from Grassy Park.
