Dit kan dan op byna geen manier ge\u00efdentifiseer word waar di\u00e9 \u201cafval\u201d vandaan kom nie. In die Kom is hierdie diefstal prominent. Kabeldiewe wat verlede Vrydag by \u2019n substasie toegeslaan het, het \u2019n verlengde kragonderbreking veroorsaak. Die skuldiges word bitter selde vasgetrek en met \u2019n geringe kans dat dit wel gebeur, beland hierdie misdadigers weinig agter tralies, om nie eens te praat van die groot skuldige \u2013 die koper van gesteelde goedere \u2013 wat \u2019n mark hiervoor skep nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel geen kitsoplossing hiervoor bestaan nie, en owerhede steeds kopkrap, word \u2019n beroep op inwoners gedoen om
