driver of a Mercedes-Benz crashed into the Pestana Fish and Chips Shop at Bay Centre in Gordon\u2019s Bay last Thursday (9 June) after suffering from an undisclosed medical condition. The driver was treated on the scene and did not require further medical attention, and no other injuries were reported. According to Gordon\u2019s Bay police no case was opened. Co-owner of the business Michael Pestana said staff were rattled by the incident, but were grateful no injuries were sustained. \u201cThe incident was handled by our insurance, and therefore we did not open a case,\u201d he said. The driver was treated on the scene and did not require further medical attention, and no other injuries were reported. According to Gordon\u2019s Bay police no case was opened. Co-owner of the business Michael Pestana said staff were rattled by the incident, but were grateful no injuries were sustained. \u201cThe incident was handled by our insurance, and therefore we did not open a case,\u201d he said.
