Inspired by the much-loved original, the d\u00e9cor pays tribute to Stables\u2019 equestrian heritage. There\u2019s also a selection of signature salads and burgers, including a delicious vegan burger served with crispy French fries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desserts are citrus cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, chocolate mousse and berry Pavlova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019ve been overwhelmed by messages of support since the Stables fire,&#8221; says Vergelegen CEO Wayne Coetzer. &#8220;We\u2019re incredibly grateful that the blaze was contained quickly and no-one was injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Firehorse represents continuity and resilience while Stables undergoes restoration. We plan to start construction soon, which will take approximately seven months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Support for Firehorse \u2013 both as a restaurant and as a private functions venue \u2013 will enable us to retain our 73 dedicated Stables staff members, safeguarding jobs and providing stability for the team while we rebuild and move forward.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Firehorse is open from 08:30 to 17:00 (kitchen closes at 15:30) until the end of October.
