{"id":267856,"date":"2025-08-13T13:58:28","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T11:58:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/districtmailhelderberg\/?p=267856"},"modified":"2025-08-13T14:51:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T12:51:29","slug":"beskuldigde-gpf-geskors-weens-aanklagte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/districtmailhelderberg\/beskuldigde-gpf-geskors-weens-aanklagte\/","title":{"rendered":"Beskuldigde uit Gemeenskapspolisi\u00ebringsforum geskors weens aanklagte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8216;n Bekende gemeenskapsleier van Strand verskyn oorm\u00f4re (Donderdag 14\u2009Augustus) weer in die Strand-landdroshof op aanklagte van seksuele misdrywe met &#8216;n minderjarige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 56-jarige beskuldigde, &#8216;n lid van die Strand-gemeenskapspolis\u00ebringsforum (GPF), is die afgelope Woensdag (6\u2009Augustus) deur die Gordonsbaai-polisie op verskeie aanklagte in hegtenis geneem.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fransina Lukas, die voorsitter van die nasionale en provinsiale GPF-komitee, het bevestig dat die beskuldigde n\u00e1 sy inhegtenisneming uit sy leiersrolle in die plaaslike GPF en subdistrik-vlak geskors is. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Dit is ernstige bewerings wat ons nie kan aanvaar nie. Seksuele aanranding is iets wat nie in die GPF-strukture geduld word nie,&#8221;<\/p><cite>s\u00ea die voorsitter.<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sy het bygevoeg dat die gemeenskaps- veiligheidsorganisasie die wet sal toelaat om sy loop te neem en dat sy die beweerde slagoffer sterkte toegewens het met haar genesingsproses.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eric Ntabazalila, &#8216;n provinsiale woordvoerder vir die Nasionale Vervolgingsgesag, het bevestig dat die beskuldigde op 6 Augustus vlugtig in die Strand-landdroshof verskyn het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hy is aangekla van ontbloting van sy geslagsorgane aan &#8216;n minderjarige, twee aanklagte van gedwonge self-seksuele aanranding en twee aanklagte van crimen injuria en seksuele aanranding.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ntabazalila het bygevoeg dat die beweerde voorvalle op Donderdag 3 Julie plaasgevind het, terwyl die seksuele aanranding glo op Saterdag 26 Julie plaasgevind het.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die saak is tot Donderdag vir &#8216;n borgtogaansoek uitgestel, wat die staat sal teenstaan. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beskuldigde sal tot sy verskyning in aanhouding bly.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die aanklagte is gegrond op &#8216;n ondersoek deur die Khayelitsha-eenheid vir gesinsgeweld, kinderbeskerming en seksuele misdrywe n\u00e1 die beweerde voorvalle by die beskuldigde se werksplek in Gordonsbaai verlede maand.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In &#8216;n afsonderlike saak word die beskuldigde deur bewerings van regsverydeling in die gesig gestaar nadat hy op Vrydag 1 Augustus om 07:58 die beweerde slagoffer se huis besoek het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens die polisieverslag het hy probeer om met die slagoffer oor die saak te praat, maar sy het bedreig gevoel.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die bewerings het skokgolwe deur die Strand-gemeenskap gestuur.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ons het dit nie sien kom nie; dit het ons verras,&#8221; s\u00ea Zorah Motasi, die stigter van die Vroue in Aksie-beweging in Strand en wat op die regte van vroue en kinders asook die beskerming van slagoffers van seksuele en huishoudelike geweld fokus.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motasi het verduidelik dat die gemeenskap bewus geword het van die bewerings, en toe die beskuldigde in hegtenis geneem is, het die organisasaie toegetree om die slagoffer te ondersteun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Dit sou verkeerd wees as ons die bewering anders hanteer as gevolg van wie beskuldig word,&#8221;<\/p><cite> s\u00ea sy.<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lede van die Vroue in Aksie-beweging sal
