Di\u00e9 verslag het bevind dat hy moontlik in \u2019n staat van beskuldiging geplaas moet word oor die Phala Phala-plaas-skandaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die president het sy regshulp op 26 Mei ingedien en vra dat die Artikel 89-paneelverslag tersyde gestel word. Sy regspan voer aan dat die paneel op riemtelegraaf-getuienis gesteun het, sy magte verkeerd verstaan het en twyfelagtige getuienis gebruik het om tot sy bevindings te kom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die stap kom slegs weke nadat die konstitusionele hof op 8 Mei beslis het dat die Parlement \u2019n staat van beskuldiging teen die president moet begin. Die land se hoogste hof het die Nasionale Vergadering se stemmery in Desember 2022, wat die verwysing van die paneelverslag verwerp het, ongrondwetlik en ongeldig verklaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-lees-i-will-not-resign-ramaphosa-addresses-nation-after-phala-phala-judgment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">LEES | <a href=\"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/i-will-not-resign-ramaphosa-addresses-nation-after-phala-phala-judgment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018I will not resign\u2019: Ramaphosa addresses nation after Phala Phala judgment<\/a><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In daardie Desember 2022-stemmery het parlementslede \u2019n mosie verwerp om voort te gaan met \u2019n ondersoek of Ramaphosa sy eed van amp oortree het in verband met die diefstal van buitelandse valuta van sy Phala Phala-plaas in Limpopo in Februarie 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasionale Vergadering se speaker, Thoko Didiza, het die 31-lede van die komitee van die staat van beskuldiging bevestig, saamgestel uit 16 politieke partye. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle partye in die Nasionale Vergadering is genooi om teen 22 Mei lede te nomineer voor te l\u00ea, met slegs die Pan Africanist Congress en die GOOD-party wat nie deelgeneem het nie. Beide die Patriotic Alliance en Al Jama-ah het aangedui dat hulle op die komitee sal dien, maar nie die besluit sal steun om Ramaphosa uit die stoel te lig nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patriotic Alliance-leier, Gayton McKenzie, het onlangs ges\u00ea: \u201cDaar is geen PA-lid wat sal stem om president Ramaphosa te laat loop nie.
