Following the burial of their son, Miso Mandla, on Saturday 26 February, the family is now seeking justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 20-year-old was laid to rest at his home town of Centane in the Eastern Cape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mandla was allegedly stabbed and injured by his friend after a short argument over a bottle of brandy on Saturday 12 February at LTA temporal in Langa (\u201cMan killed for bandy\u201d, City Vision<\/span>, 24 February).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Noxolo Mntuwaphi, Mandla\u2019s cousin, said they are relieved that the funeral is over. She said everything went well and their focus is now on getting justice for him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMandla\u2019s body was buried before the service started. The coffin had to go straight to the graveyard because he died of an accident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt (coffin) was not allowed to come inside the house,\u201d she explained. She said they are relieved now that Mandla\u2019s body was laid to rest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Langa Police Station spokesperson Capt Nondumiso Paul said a murder case is under investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
