Murder accused Thando Shuba received R800 bail from Khayelitsha Magistrates\u2019 Court on Tuesday 26 April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shuba (34) is linked to a shooting that left six people dead, in Enkanini, on Sunday 20 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is believed Shuba was linked to the heinous crime through the clothing he was wearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A state witness told the police the accused was wearing a white vest and a pair of shorts when he pulled a gun and shot at them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shuba was then identified through an identification parade by the witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The father of two minor children is unemployed and has other pending cases of murder and being in possession of an unlawful firearm against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through his lawyer, Shuba has indicated he will plead not guilty to all the six counts of murder levelled against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accused is heavily relying on surveillance footage placing him outside of Khayelitsha during the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shuba told the court through his lawyer that on the day in question he was in Delft with friends and only went to Khayelitsha later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
