They said they&nbsp;were not ready and requested to be given a space to&nbsp;grieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ |&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news24.com\/news24\/community-newspaper\/city-vision\/woman-killed-son-in-custody-20231025\" target=\"_blank\">Woman killed in Lwandle, Cape Town, son in custody<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A community leader, who spoke anonymously, said they are very devastated&nbsp;by the incident. She described the shooting as a hit. \u201cAccording to the information that we received from the nearby neighbours, they heard people kicking the door and a few minutes later heard gunshots. They were both shot in the head,\u201d said the leader.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said it was the first time such an incident occurred in the area and the motive was unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are planning to have a special meeting with the community and part of the agenda is this incident.
