Resident Siziwe accused ward 88 councillor Zukisani Sophazi of ignoring them. \u201cSince the heavy rains, the councillor never came here to assess the condition or how we live. He said he holds a community meeting in the area almost every month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sophazi stated that the problem is the old infrastructure that needs to be changed.
