But, I don\u2019t know how it fell outside because the baby was in a plastic bag on the street. This is wrong. Imagine killing a small baby. Why didn\u2019t she go for abortion if she doesn\u2019t like her or take the baby to an orphanage home?\u201d asked Nosi adding that the culprit tarnished their image as women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She stated that there is a possibility the culprit is not from the vicinity, but was dumped there because it is a busy area.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Anyone with
