The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation is seeking public assistance in locating Cassiem Isaac Feni (37), Tebogo Simon Maluke (51) and Avuyile Mjongwana (23).
The trio is wanted in connection with a case of attempted murder, possession of prohibited firearms as well as ammunition and possession of explosives, which occurred on Monday 5 August, this year.

They are part of a gang arrested by the police in Town Two following an exchange of fire with the officers.
According to police reports, members of the Hawks together with Crime Intelligence, Special Task Force acted after getting information about a planned cash-in-transit (CIT) heist. Eight men died in the shoot-out and five were arrested.

The three men were released by the Khayelitsha Magistrates’ Court more than two weeks ago, while the other two (Sihle Mabhongo and Simphiwe Mzanywa) are still in custody.
