Several police officers, as well as members of the Northern Neighbourhood Watch Association (NNWA), have been honoured by the relevant community policing forum (CPF) for their work in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CPF Sector 1 of the Bayswater Police Station awarded Zenith Merit Certificates for several reasons at the funcion at Bloem Spa on 1 April. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
WO Johan Koortzen and WO Fritz Beyer received certificates for preventing a suicide attempt on 20 November last year<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Capt. Kelao\u00adtswe Lebodi was awarded a certificate for his department\u2019s involvement in arresting a suspect one day after a murder took place on 23 November last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two officers, Sgt Anton Bester and Sgt Pinky Sekoera was awarded the Zenith Merit Certificate for their ongoing community involvement with the Lettie Fouch\u00e9 School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
