Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assemble skewers<\/strong>: Alternate chicken cubes, onion squares, pepper squares, and peach slices on each skewer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Braai or grill<\/strong>: Cook over medium heat, turning often and basting with leftover marinade until chicken is cooked through and nicely
